Dear bears, what does this chart tell you?
Since I'm not hiding anything on it, you should be able to analyze it and grasp its full implication.

PS I've marked 4 turning points and put the NDX chart in orange above it for further clarity.

PPS This is not a short term market timing tool (as the chart shows). It is similar in concept to (and imo better than) Mcclellan Summation and the like.
