There is another way to look at it that is very viable. At this junction there are alot of complex interdependencies. Have you ever worked with lawyers in business? I have. I have to think that the longer we wait it is because the company is contiueing, and, it follows that for it to continue there are complex dependencies that have to be clearly enunciated in a written agreement.

I hope I am right.
