a very long time ago the topic was takeover of CUBE. It might never happen 1) CUBE is the leader in their market. 2) if taken over someone would have to pay a lot of money for them. The company's stock alone is worth 1.5 bil. They have 100 mil in cash, and many assets. Then add whatever Divicom brings and that is a lot of money for an MPEG chip.
