Hi Zeev, welcome to the board. I've enjoyed your opinions on MEMC. I hope ESI does better though. Yes, ESI traded today, but down. The story looks very good and having it trade down shouldn't be a worry. In fact, it's a good deal if your looking to get in. The recent 10 point run up was enough to justify a little profit taking. I believe this company has a very good management and they've spread their range of businesses to do well. Looks like temporarily, we have the setting for a continued rally. Regards, Mark
