Yes. Most homebuilders stock prices rose back to near all time highs around March 2007. We were stunned back then how it could happen with all the horrible news and negative trends not ending anytime soon in that period. Stock market averages hit all time highs fourth quarter 2007 but the homebuilder stocks had totally collapsed by the end of the year. See if history repeats.
