Lula has nothing to show internally as Brazilians have returned from their Xmas-end of the year Summer holidays. And now they are watching him As milking the "invasion" on the Congress is wearing out he went to Argentina (Lula loves to tour promoting him as a international statesman) as a diversionary tactics. Brazil and Argentina's proposal to create a common currency for bilateral trade!! The proposal is ridiculous.
