ralph, the warrants *may* be the good play - but they do scare me. remember that a lot of people got these warrants for $0.10 on IPO (they were part of a "unit" - 1 share/1 warrant).... no selling restriction either.

Common seems to have stabilized.... I don't know what Jos. Charles is doing, I'd agree that they don't own much of it at this point - they were probably getting their clients out at $16-$17.
