The cost of the Abrams Tanks as supplied by the USA to Ukraine should be looked at in terms of the OVERALL Cost of this "Package" ........ The "Package" comes via the "Security Assistance Committee of Ukraine" and its OVERALL COST is ~$400 MILLION for 31 Abrams Tanks. That equals ------> $400M/31 tanks = ~$13 million PER Abrams TANK, which will be coming from US TAXPAYERS ....... as usual !!! ... (Alex refers to this at 11:14) I highly recommend one listens to the 13.30 of this Video ....... It highlights the "Hysteria" facing the EU states, especially Germany. One may recall in February/March last year Germany was only going to send "Soldier's Helmets". They are now sending a dozen or so LEOPARD 2 Tanks !!! As disaster faces the Ukraine military, especially in Bakhmut in the DONBAS region, where "the West's" "Golden Boy", Zelensky, has had No Problem sacrificing the lives of Thousands of Ukrainian soldiers, against the advice of his Senior Military establishment to WITHDRAW. "Western Leaders" are now "falling over themselves" to supply TANKS to Ukraine ....... None of them want a finger to be pointed against ANY one of them, when the Shit Really Hits The Fan for Ukraine, because they don't want to be accused of "not helping Ukraine", so they are all hell bent on sending Anything, Something .... as long as it's NOT NOTHING ..... AND then ........... here we have someone, at The New Atlas, who actually DOES KNOW what is happening in Ukraine and the futility of sending this wide variety of Tank weaponry to Ukraine's "military" who are not TRAINED to operate them, NOR does Ukraine have the infrastructure or the resources to maintain, service and repair them within the country. ANY problems with these TANKS and they will have to be sent over 1000 kms to POLAND to be sorted out !!! ------->
