The Wolfspeed story depends on execution at MVF. They continue to say that yields are running ahead of schedule even though the ramp is about a quarter behind. Considering the complexity of ramping the first 200mm wafers and fabs, that would be a pretty decent outcome.

The difficulty in having faith in that outcome is the continuing issues that they have had with RF and Durham. Not much they can do about weak demand for RF, but device yields have consistently underperformed their targets. Hopefully, Lowe can company can deliver.
