Kap's not the first to notice the crime rate in McCarthy's home town.
Yet he hasn't noticed the soaring crime rates in Los Angeles and San Francisco?

I wonder if he feels comfortable leaving his fancy car parked out on the streets of the city he used to play for. I doubt it.
