Is INTC the new EK (Eastman Kodak)?

Still think there is value in those underutilized factories. New equipment & technologies can be updated. Expect 3-5 years for those upgrades. So at what point do you Buy if you believe this story? Remember INTC the largest shareholder of MBLY . . a hidden asset

I did a pair trade in December, selling 60% of INTC and buying TSM. Now If/When do I get those proceeds back into play? Will slowly build my INTC back to the 2% position. Interesting that INTC & IBM are now at the same weighting a 1% portfolio position. However, IBM +40% from my Buys in 10/2020.

I guess the key is to manage the 'value' trade and there is always some risk that the company may/could fail like EK.
