I should add that one of my biggest issues with trading is not letting the tape tell me where it's going. I think many people tend to see an area/zone where the tape may turn and anticipate the turn. Making a trade at the wrong time. This is not a 2022 thing, it's something I fight against often. One area I've improved on in the past couple of years is taking a loss when the tape goes against me. Live to fight another day, as the saying goes. Don't let a loss turn into a large loss, simply because your area/zone says the tape should be turning. Small losses are inevitable and come with trading. Large losses, as a rule, are mostly lack of discipline.
