I made a mistake drawing that green line :( It felt wrong but my mind was somewhere else and I didn't look at it properly. It should have been 12200 rather than 12400. See the chart below. Anyways, all timeframes below 4hr have negative RSI signal. 30 minutes and below could bounce, but not oversold enough to dictate it.
