He's using them on harmonic patterns B point. To judge the time to the D point. Probably an option trader. Zero goes on the X and one goes on the B. I did it two different ways on the GC chart. One set starting on the X with one right on the B point. One set with the one on the bar that exceeded the B point. It should complete about 2/13
