go to your trading platform,and see what your recognized trades indicates the status is.... So in TD's system each trade will be labelled "Wash sale problem" or something like that? I thought that would come on the 1099. I guess I'm not sure where to look on TD's system. They do have a Gain/Loss report section which has 2022 With Wash Sale Adjustment (8949) 2022 Without Wash Sale Adjustment Strangely, the first entry produces all zeros, while the second entry has all the trades I did in 2022 and their profit / loss info. I don't see where it labels a trade as "No wash issue" or "wash issue".
