okay, i just talked with tom at Tmmi...what tom says are facts are
as follows, to my best recollection---
1. the old lawyer's fees WERE olson's, not Tmmi's
2. the 7,500 was quoted in ERROR, that in fact tmmi only owes
$1,500, which is going to be paid in a few days
3. the old fees are being negotiated down to about 1/2 of amount
4. the judge wasnt MAD at anyone, and this came down in the favor
of Tmmi, in that they have 30days with which to sweat iterated,
which has been in contact with tmmi to see what how this has
all panned out...tom says iterated is worried now, and should
be...something could happen there in the next 30days
AND, apparently these boards are monitored by a lot of people we
dont know about, and have a certain interest in what is posted...we
should be careful, as we have learned from other sites on SI, about
what we say and how we say it...the talk about chapter 7 is totally
false on the face of it, and...well---use caution, please
