B, I just finished talking with Joe Murphy and the following are some things he wanted me to post. DCI has until Tuesday to report the earnings since Monday is a holiday. He thinks they will be ready by then but if not they will file an extension to Friday. If they do not come out on Tuesday, he would appreciate it very much if we did not panic and start posting all kinds of weird reasons as to why. They are extremely busy finishing up WorldPass and the latest joint venture. As far as the buyback goes he asks that we stop questioning as to whether AGE is buying or not. There will be days when the bid will drop. He does not want AGE on the bid every minute of every trading day. If they did that it would be too easy for MM's and others to take advantage of the program. He said it has to be obvious that they are in there buying. He said "we should all relax as they have a s--t pot full of money just for the buyback and they are going to spend it." He wanted me to repeat again AGE CAN NOT BUY AT THE ASK. He also repeated that if we all work together, remain patient, we will all walk together and at a price that will make us happy. Best Regards
