I thinik I replaced the water heater with a Rheem two year ago . I hope i get more than another 5 years out of it.
My hvac unit is only 6 years old. I hope to get at least 9 more years out of it. I am perplexed as to the source of the refrigerant leak. the guys told me that the tubes vibrate against each other when the heat pump is active. so I asked why they dont put rubber around them. he did not have an answer, except to say that what happened to me is unusual but that it does happen.

I am just curious did anyone else get letter from their mortgage servicers about the need to increase, or start making escrow reserve payments?
