On October 18th, 1991 the SC ratified the anullment of the transfer
from Torres to Mael. After years of further "rallying" a single
supreme court justice on July 15th refused to hear KRY's claims.

"If the court DECIDES to hear KRY, then we'll go to trial" said
Dolores Dobarro chief counsel for the MEM (Bloomberg story).

This is simply the right to appeal=3 yrs.to trial.

If however, they are not granted the right to appeal...KRY
"can only appeal in the heavenly court"
