I wish I knew!!!
There are certainly enough shares outstanding to support institutions
purchases. Of course it would drive up stock price some but I suspect
as price went into mid teens many sellers would emerge. These sellers
would be those who bought on the IPO and don't want to hold long
term. This stock didn't run up after IPO like many do so initial
buyers sre probably waiting for chance to make nice profit which
thay would when CGIX reaches mid teens. Anyway, that's my theory.

I think institutions would welcome a nice steady earner as CGIX should
prove to be. Not a Netscape, not some new fangled product which may
be obselete next year, but a company selling state of art expertise
which helps make business run more efficiently. So fundamentals
would seem appealing to institutions.

BUT sure isn't any sign yet of them nibbling yet!!!!!

I would like to see the report to see how stong recommendation is.
Marie is working to get a copy and will post results of her effort.
