Wolfspeed announces German fab with ZF taking a minority stake in the fab. They are also building a R&D center with Wolfspeed having the minority share there.
Fab is expected to ramp in '27 and be a third larger than MVF.

All of this is dependent on the EU approving subsidies (haven't seen an estimate).
