has anyone considered the possibility that sysf and its officers and directors have committed securities fraud? is it just coincidence that the insiders bailed out of the lions portion of their stock about a year ago when the stock was flying high, and mr. angelo was touting system wizard fetching $5-10 per unit from the oems? or, did bob and the crew know that the product would never sell for such a price. the company hasn't even come close to selling the product for what they were telling investors and analysts back then...fortunate for them, they cashed out while the stock price was fat, and grossly overvalued. personally, i'm considering filing a lawsuit. does anyone else have an opinion on the subject?
