I'm totally lost. I'm hearing hawkish, "we need to keep hiking", "our job is far from done", "the labor market is still out of balance and too tight".... And the market is soaring. I bought for a scalp SPY 405 and took a loss for the first time in a week or more because the bottom fell out and now if I'd held, I'd be up 5 points. ???? I'm not understanding what is bullish in what he's saying. They didn't even update the dot plots and won't until the march meeting. Earnings estimates are still dropping and we were already overvalued before this jam job in the last hour. Is this just the biggest short squeeze of the year? I don't know if I can pinch my nose and buy at these valuations. If it fell, I'd have no one to blame but myself.
