for the quality ... am looking forward to the wild Sockeye salmon we picked up
at the local Costco this weekend and am using a recipe by Sara Moulton with
a homemade thyme and lemon dressing

once we had Lake Quinault Sockeye Salmon years ago, and the flavor was out
of sight
