Great neighborhood. Something to be said for staying in place, living your life stable environment, taking care of family paying the fixed rate 3% mortgage off, relying on more debasement of dollars to still come out ahead even if buying at the crazy absolute top in this MOAB.

I now a few deadbeats stuck, gaming the system haven't paid the mortgage, the RE taxes, insurance in over a decade. Lots of legal maneuvers and luck and legal shenanigans by their attorneys plus COVID to make this 'dream' possible. But is a nightmare as home in terrible shape, old leaking roof, old AC, home dated, terrible stressful environment to raise their kids. Kids more likely to become grifters gaming the system to.
