TJ I would wish that China China will be as technocratic as India. India is far from being a true democracy but much better than the totalitarian China.
So as a ultra-nationalist Chinese you have very little weight in criticizing Modi of India, and worse you have now a ultra-nationalist Israeli Government (with a PM that may face Jail time) similar to Hungary and almost as bad as China

Opinion | Israel, Be Warned: This Is How You'll Turn Into Orban's Hungary
Orbán killed Hungary's independent media and universities. His takeover was brilliantly executed. There are even fewer barriers to Netanyahu enacting similar 'reforms,' a key component of the decimation of democracy, in Israel

Israel's Attorney General Is Not Going to Blink FirstIsrael is on the brink of a fateful showdown, and all eyes are on the attorney general. Anyone who knows Gali Baharav-Miara's career history knows what she's going to do next

Hilo Glaze Feb 3, 2023

The impression of people who have spoken with her in recent weeks is that there are matters that she finds far more disturbing. Especially those outside the bounds of her direct influence. The resignation of the justices, for example. That, she warns, would be a gift that would allow the authors of the government’s justice “reform” to alter the face of the Supreme Court unrecognizably.
