Has been raised to $600 monthly beginning in 2022.

This portfolio has now finished its 13th year and here are the latest numbers:

The portfolio value needs to grow at an 8.25% CAGR.
It has grown at a 16.83% CAGR.
The dividend cash flows need to grow at a 13.8% CAGR.
