LUMN reports tomorrow. Even if they report bad somehow, I don't see where there is too much more downside here. It seems like a deep value stock. A good earnings might kick them in gear moving forward. They are also doing a $1.5B share buyback, that's about 25% of the company and they should be picking up all the shares they can down here and take advantage of the low prices you'd think as well.
