I'm new on the thread, but a Radica investor since it was $6. You guys have some great analysis here--one of the most valuable threads I've ever read. Kevin, thanks for clarifing the OEM definition--I was going to ask that one myself--I thought I had one of their new CD's. My mistake.

Anyway, I have a question for anyone with more insight into the working of the market, and our beloved little toy company:

I found out from my floor trader today that two "form 144" filings to sell had recently been filed:
1. Bank of America for 50K shares
2. John Bengston (?) for 55K shares.

I want to know if this could be part or all of the 90K in large sell orders we saw today --all at 14 7/8.
Does this mean insider selling is finished? And, if we are poised for the big surge, why is JB selling?
Thanks for any insight on these questions--I've bought in again today at 14 15/16 , and other than PLSIA, I've got everything in Radica.
