.........I make 3 oil terminals on the Black Sea for shipping Russian oil and at least 2 in the St Petersburg area on the Baltic..............all within the range of 1000km drones..........massive drone strikes would likely kill very few people and not damage critical infrastructure since these are export facilities......but would basically halt near ALL oil shipments from western Russian ports......and I don't think the Russians can do anything about it
