The Company will probably not allow it to be delisted. Instead, I suspect that they will do a reverse split.

I know a lot of investors are scared of reverse splits, because they have a history of being used with "penny-stocks" with no earnings history. Frequently, after the reverse split they would drop back down to their original price.

However, lately there have been Companies which want to stay on NASDAQ and which have real earnings, and when they have done reverse splits, it has not led to price erosion. If it comes to that I'll put together a set of examples...I have one or two in mind now.

I'm sorry for being a bit "snappish" with you in my earlier post. Due to some "non-market" and "non-Napeague" issues, I have been under a bit of stress earlier today, but it now appears as though everything went even better than I had reason to hope...so...
