"Why hire a COO if you are going to be bought out?" Maybe because they need one? :-) Sorry, I couldn't help myself! The rumor came from somewhere, someone, and won't disappear just because BBA now has a COO. Things happen on multiple tracks all the time. Besides, PIR could make a hostile offer that BBA knows nothing about. So, I ask again, what was the basis for the rumor? IOW, what details were in the rumor? Arnie
