The way he phrased it is very difficult to get across. It was almost like, "I really don't like the guys and I think they're below Studio PLUS, but they should be OK in the long term."
I agree on your statement that poor management is impossible to overcome, and that is one reason I havn't bought ESA. I'm waiting to see if they can prove him wrong before investing. Unless they prove him wrong, I'm not touching it. Management is one of the most important things in a company, if not the most important.
