SIMO reports after the close today. This was their guidance from the Q3 press release - "We expect overall sales to remain flat as we approach the end of the year.”


Flat is about $250m.


The results are probably a non-event as they may not give any 2023 guidance, and the merger update will likely be the same (the close is expected some time in mid-2023, waiting for Chinese regulatory approval).
