listening to the q&A on the macerich call. lots of questions. sounds like flat for next two quarters than leasing occpancy levels. they expect to get to pre covid occupancy levels by q4 of 2023, leasing should look pretty good in 2024 and 2025. In the meantime right now distribution is close to 5%. they need to refinance a bunch of properties which they expect will be done by year end. This continues to be an easy hold for me.
