MAC. I'm still holding on.

Easy for me in the sense my position is Tiny. Distribution as you said, near 5% while waiting.

Otoh, hard for me in that "regional malls" doesn't seem like it will be a desirable business in general. (Of course, depends on the price/value for any specific company.) Doesn't seem likely that I'll want to add to my position.
