I feel pretty confidant we'll recover almost all of the equipment on the balloon though we won't be briefed on what they find out.
I'm pretty sure we can recover all of the equipment, but I'm not sure it will reveal all that much about China's true capabilities.

I now believe more than ever that China is just trolling us with these Winnie the Pooh balloons. They're cheap and they've already caused a lot of panic.
