Was there any discussion on the conference call about converting some properties to "multi-use" specifically 2nd floor housing over 1st floor retail? I think they were exploring that for one or two locations. If this proves successful, FCF s/d then increase and be more diversified.

That is one of the main reasons I continue to hold. I have a 0.6 % portfolio position based on cost which is $9.70/share. I believe this could grow to a 2% portfolio position if MAC can renovate 10% of their properties into multi-use. Maybe more if/when investors see these capital improvements and the rent rolls increase. Could be a 5 year plan, so I will hold watching management to see if this is what they do.
