Bill: It is common knowledge that Hummingbird will be reporting combined profits in Q2. Afterall, they only formalized the Andyne acquisition at the end of the quarter. There was never any misunderstanding about it.

If IR had truly been aware of your request, knowing them and their strong attentiveness to investors, you would have been advised accordingly.

I for one am interested in their Q2 numbers. Anything earlier would be bogus. We know that Andyne's earnings were relativeley flat and that the acquisition would be purely dilutive for the quarter.

So let's be reasonable and not jump to early bold suggestions that they might be trying to fool anyone by delaying combined HUM and Andyne profits to the 2nd quarter.

I hope I have clarified this issue, and I hope I have interpreted your last posting correctly.

By the way, HUM created their new html web page to initially clear up any misunderstandings and misapprehensions, and I think, primarily for the individual small investors to gain an improved insight into the company.

My take on their web site after talking to IR, is that the web site will evolve further. They have even created an ask the CEO link.

Anyway, IR's intentions are to be as helpful as possible. After all, they have a success story to relate and they are most willing to talk about it.

Just wait until the institutional investors discover them. I'm into this stock big time and plan to make a lot of money.

All in my own humble view.

Regards.....Martin
