The effects should be felt starting next month. The Company is relocating from California to New York City. I think being in THE City will be good for the Company, and being CLOSE to Washington can only help even more. . Randy's last day is tomorrow, and the move to NYC should be complete by the end of the month. . So I suspect that the new mgmt team will start in March, and we should all be watching carefully for any signs they send out... . Colin
