Power went out in the capitol during the Twitter hearings. Never happened before... C-SPAN stopped coverage and rebroadcast the SOTU.
Was that before or after Kevin McCarthy tore up his copy of the SOTU address?
Oh wait - he didn't?
What's wrong with him - it is a tradition after all (begun under former house speaker Pelosi's reign!)
