To me, cystic fibrosis for example is purely bad. Unlike sickle cell anaemia, there's not a countervailing benefit for 2 of 4 siblings while 1 is doomed to suffering. Cystic fibrosis is all bad (as far as I know). Similarly haemochromatosis.
