I believe you are right as usual, but what I remember about the gulf war was the sable rattling that started in early August 1990 which destroyed the market and especially the techs.

When we finally acted on all our threats... by then everybody, especially the market, was relieved and the stock prices started to jump once again. Somehow I think CNN broadcasting the war made it like a sporting event and everybody seemed to be cheering. This certainly helps the market, like another superbowl.<g>

In any event we should stay in touch to make some decision on a best move when that time arrives.
