Globalstar entered into a Second Forbearance Agreement with Macdonald Dettwiler and Rocket Lab (RKLB) Thales Alenia Space must be thanking their lucky stars they refused to engage with Globalstar again. What horrible management. These guys have never been able to arrange financing on time in the 20 years I have followed it. Never have money to make their payments. Remember, Apple made pre-payments of $75MM to Globalstar for future service. Globalstar used all the money for launch of spare, etc. Apple could cancel the partnership agreement in a day or two due to non-perfromance by GSAT as to the Terms Agreement. If this were to happen. Apple could demand the return of the $75MM in pre-payments which would force GSAT into Bankrtupcy. Apple's easiest and fastest solution is to force Globalstar to allow SpaceX/Starlink to provide the service using GSAT spectrum via Starlink V2.0 satellites acting as a hosted payload. PCSTEL
