I think you might have to wait.

Even if they announce they are able to mass produce cells in decent volumes, there will be a long delay before any contracts are announced. Any potential buyers will still have to go through their own lengthy test of the finished product. (see the 10K)

Since mass production has yet to be announced I have to assume buyers have yet to begin their test of the product. Hand made prototypes don't count.

However the outlook is very positive as the price spiked higher on a rather bland earnings report. I have to assume buyers saw recent earnings as testament that the company is still on track and none of the wheels have fallen off.
