Sanders.. LOL... He'd be a Liberal up here .. ie centre left... not how he is viewed at home :)

Biden would be a Conservative up here ... Old school ones .. not our current ones.. Mulroney etc before he (Mulroney) imploded what I knew growing up as the Progressive Conservatives .. note our present conservatives lost the values of the old PC's post Harper.. Harper was smart enough to maintain much of the old PC ethos when he acceded to power starting with a reverse takeover of the dying old PCs .. since then the Conservative party up here has reverted back to a populist party which Harper knew would never fly .. Harper came from populist roots.. but understood the game... the recent Conservative leaders are bobble heads IMO.. They do not understand their own country... just their little niche ... Harper is one of my two all time fav PMs (during my voting life) .. Harper(Conservative) and Chretien(Liberal) in no particular order...
