Well first .. China obviously understands the delicious purely capitalistic concept of loss leaders :) China aims to bring prosperity to the people of these countries to increase its own prosperity .. how friggin' insidious China does not pretend to seek to bring freeDUMB as the US did in Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya etc.. and where are those places now.. oh yeah Vietnam doing quite OK.. they kicked the US out ... the other three .. not so good.. . Problem is China is rocking the Imperialist boat LOL
