The Commitment of Traders report was not published again this week due to a cyber-related incident at the end of January. See a 2nd press release posted here.

A quote from Ed Steer on the critical shortage of commodities such as silver and copper:

"However, for the moment, these critical shortages are well hidden beneath a mountain of COMEX paper futures contracts -- and in the precious metal fixes in London. But not for much longer one must suspect.
