My thoughts: My rating (out of 10) are given in ( ): A - Data Feed Reliability (5) B - Software (8) C - Technical Support (6) D - Live Broker Execution Quality (6) E - Data Feed Cost ($150/mo, level II) F - Commission Cost ($19.95/trade + SEC fees) G - Customer Confidence (9) H - Customer Service (8) Additional comments: I have had problems with data feed reliability, apparently due to the "shared internet line" setup of my ISP.
