Good update by Berletic, as always. With all this Ukrainian situation no one is paying attention to Syria, but, things are tough there. Like this deputy defense Secretary lady says, we are “holding the line on reconstruction” - in other words, prevent reconstruction until we get the desired political changes. That’s hard. It’s also hard on all those millions of Syrian refugees, many of whom may want to go back home, but cannot.
